NEXT G CLOUD is looking for a talented and motivated Business Developer to join our growing team. As a provider of managed cloud services and Confidential Computing solutions for enterprise clients (finance, public administration, legal, and manufacturing sectors), the company specializes in designing and securing scalable infrastructures. You will become part of the sales team, actively coordinating with the internal go-to-market team and sales agents to accelerate the company’s growth in the market. You will have the opportunity to build and manage strategic relationships while driving the entire sales cycle of our cloud and cybersecurity solutions. This role represents the ideal stepping stone for individuals seeking to combine strong B2B commercial skills with a passion for technological innovation.

The position is primarily based in Turin (Italy), with flexibility for hybrid work arrangements.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Outreach: Generate and actively manage new leads through outbound campaigns, outreach activities, and cold-contacting to expand the customer portfolio.

Sales & Funnel Management: Qualify prospects, manage the entire sales funnel in a structured manner, approach leads, and negotiate to close contracts, working in synergy with the internal go-to-market team and external sales agents.

Client Relationship & Upselling: Proactively manage relationships with acquired clients, conduct ongoing follow-up activities, and identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to maximize generated value.

Networking & Partnership: Participate in trade fairs, industry events, and strategic networking activities to promote Next G Cloud’s services.

Funding Research: Monitor and identify opportunities related to funding calls (European and national), with possible involvement in supporting the preparation of the required documentation.



Required Skills & Experience


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Management Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Business Development or B2B Sales roles within IT, Cloud, System Integrator, or SaaS companies.
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales pipelines and achieve sales targets.
  • Excellent command of Italian and good knowledge of technical/commercial English for operating in international environments.



Preferred Qualifications


  • Previous knowledge of the Italian enterprise market (finance, public administration, legal, and manufacturing sectors).
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Experience or basic knowledge related to participation in public tenders and funding programs.
