Product Engineer

Responsibilities

• Drive new product development from design to mass production.
• Manage product performance, validation, qualification, and production release.
• Analyze yield and test data to improve quality, yield, and test efficiency.
• Support silicon debug, failure analysis, and customer return (RMA) activities.
• Collaborate with design, DFT, test, reliability, and operations teams.
• Lead cross-functional projects and ensure manufacturing readiness.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with 1–8 years of semiconductor product engineering experience.
• Experience in ASIC product development, testing, and manufacturing.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with JMP, Excel, Spotfire, O+, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of ATE testing (V93K preferred), yield improvement, and semiconductor quality standards.
• Experience with wafer sort, package testing, and production environments is an advantage.
