As a Senior Consultant in Technology & Digital Transformation within Deloitte Tunisia, you will work on digital transformation and information systems deployment projects for both public and private sector clients.

Your main responsibilities include:

Contribute to digital strategy and roadmapping engagements: design of IT master plans, transformation roadmaps, and digital maturity assessments.

Lead scoping and functional design activities: collect and analyse business requirements, model business processes, draft requirements documents and functional specifications.

Provide Business Analysis / MOA support: help clients monitor IT projects, coordinate business and technical teams (MOA/MOE), support testing and user acceptance, ensure compliance of deliverables, and drive change management.

Support solution deployment: contribute to deployment strategies, prepare user documentation and training materials, and facilitate workshops and training sessions.

Profile:

Engineering degree in IT or equivalent.

Certification in project management or digital transformation (PMP, ACP, ITIL, Scrum, etc.) is a plus.

At least 5 years of experience in information systems deployment or transformation projects, ideally in a consulting firm, as Business Analyst or MOA consultant.

Strong skills in gathering and analysing business requirements and drafting functional specifications.

Proven experience in facilitating workshops and coordinating business and technical teams.

Good understanding of digital transformation topics (Cloud, Data, interoperability, etc.).

Excellent written and oral communication skills, with strong drafting and interpersonal capabilities.

Ability to build and maintain long-term, trust-based client relationships.

Autonomous, rigorous, with strong analytical skills.

Full professional proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken.
