As a Senior Consultant – AI Engineer within Deloitte Tunisia, you will work across various industries on advanced AI and GenAI projects for both local and international clients.

Your main responsibilities include:

Design and implementation of GenAI solutions: support clients in integrating predictive AI (GenAI) solutions to optimise business and operational processes.

Design and deployment of advanced AI solutions combining state-of-the-art GenAI tools, multi‑agent AI (Agentic AI), advanced RAG models, and multi-agent integration frameworks.

Act as a subject-matter expert in the design of GenAI solutions aimed at accelerating project delivery and supporting clients in designing and implementing tailored AI strategies.

Project management and coaching: act as a mature member within the team, ensuring internal project follow-up, resolving technical roadblocks, mitigating delivery risks, and coaching junior resources to ensure alignment with project orientations and a culture of high performance.

Profile:

Engineering degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science, with a strong specialisation in AI.

Minimum 2 years of confirmed experience in developing GenAI solutions, ideally in consulting firms or startups.

AI engineering skills:

Advanced, proven experience in creating predictive AI assistants/accelerators (LLM-based), requiring strong prompt engineering skills for client products or internal accelerators.

Advanced knowledge of RAG models (knowledge graphs, dynamic RAG) and design of AI agent factories (Agentic AI).

Programming skills:

Languages & frameworks: Python, FastAPI, Java (Spring Boot), PyTorch, TensorFlow, LLMs, LangChain, Kotlin, JavaScript (Node.js, Next.js, Angular), Flutter, C# (.NET).

Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB.

Strong rigour, analytical mindset and problem‑solving abilities, with the capacity to produce structured, scalable and well‑documented code.

Project management:

Ability to lead technical project committees and ensure clear communication on status and potential risks.

Involvement in testing and deployment phases.

Full professional proficiency in English and French, written and spoken.

Ability to build strong and sustainable client relationships.
