As a Senior / Confirmed Full Stack Technology Consultant within Deloitte Tunisia, you will work on the design and development of modern digital and SaaS solutions for a wide range of clients in both the public and private sectors.

Your main responsibilities include:

Modern, tailored digital solutions: design and develop applications for international and local clients, combining performance, fluidity and high‑quality user experience.

Information systems design support: help define business needs, select appropriate IT solutions, draft functional specifications and support deployment.

Digital strategy: contribute to digital roadmaps and transformation strategies for Francophone African governments as well as major private‑sector players.

360‑degree delivery: work in Agile mode with internal teams and client business/technical teams to align needs assessment, architecture design, development and deployment of digital solutions.

Project management and coaching: act as a senior member of the team, ensuring internal project follow-up, resolution of technical issues, mitigation of delivery risks, and coaching of junior resources in line with project orientations and a culture of excellence.

You will grow in a multidisciplinary team with strong expertise, entrepreneurial spirit and cohesion, benefiting from training programmes and participating in firm life (recruitment, training facilitation, business development, HR initiatives, etc.).

Profile:

Engineering degree in IT / Software Engineering.

Specialisation or certification in full stack digital solution development is required.

Minimum 3 years of confirmed experience in digital solution development projects, ideally in a SaaS or startup context.

Required skills:

Back‑end development with Python and JavaScript/TypeScript, including server‑side frameworks (FastAPI, Node.js).

Front‑end: Experience with React and ability to integrate front‑end and back‑end in a secure and efficient way.

Databases: database architecture, data modelling, query optimisation; strong knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB).

APIs & security: design and implementation of secure APIs, including authentication, authorisation and security best practices.

Cloud & DevOps: experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes), design of scalable and high‑performance systems.

Performance & distributed architectures: mastery of performance optimisation techniques (caching, load balancing) and distributed architectures.

Quality & CI/CD: experience with automated testing, CI/CD pipelines and debugging of back‑end services; active participation in code reviews and continuous improvement of code quality.

Strong rigour, analytical skills and problem‑solving abilities, producing structured, scalable and well‑documented code.

Business & strategy skills:

Business analysis: ability to analyse and model business processes; experience in facilitating design workshops and coordinating technical and business teams.

Digital strategy: good understanding of digital transformation challenges across sectors; ability to contribute to high‑value digital strategies; good knowledge of innovative solutions (Cloud, Data Analytics, AI, Big Data, etc.).

Project management: follow‑up and coordination of information system implementation projects; ability to lead technical steering committees and ensure smooth communication between MOA and MOE; management of testing phases and change management.

Full professional proficiency in English and French, written and spoken.

Ability to create strong and long‑lasting client relationships.
