    • Document recurring bugs and interface friction points, creating clear technical briefs for the core engineering team.

  • Requirements & DNA:

    • Background in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a self-taught tech enthusiast with a strong portfolio.

    • Basic understanding of web architecture, APIs, and e-commerce CMS frameworks.

    • High empathy combined with relentless patience—essential for handling traditional artisans transitioning into digital commerce.
